starting with a reservation that was answered within an hour (!), we were looking forward to the visit in the nigrum and were not disappointed in any way. we experienced very personal service, good and inexpensively pleasant wine selection as well as a great menu from which we were able to enjoy 5 courses. the menu changes constantly and is to be seen in the internet, so we could already tune to the evening. the courses are served in a very individual type, always suitable in time. we have experienced this in good restaurants and have spent 3 hours with a 4 course menu! especially to praise is the unexcited and not at all placed service, which is not often found in a restaurant of this liga....
my second time ate here and again more than impressed. I always go with the desire for more and can hardly wait until I come to visit the next time! the service is impeccable and eating is really exquisite. I can't say enough about this facility. fine eating can be intimidating for beginners, but the staff is so sincere that it does everything and calms them. this is a restaurant for all. I wish I could describe the food, but it would not be with the words it deserves.
something hidden in a gässchen and yet centrally located, it was our first visit to the nigrum and come back safely! beautiful ambiente, very private (only 22 seats) and yet so that you can entertain yourself undisturbed.The menu was a high-quality and it keeps what it promises!Of course creations, pure seaweed, the best language we have ever eaten in Baden-Baden. this restaurant belongs to the best of the whole region
Superb food, beautiful decor and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. I hadn’t appreciated it was a minimum of three courses, so we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated. Can’t fault the taste or quality though delicious

nigrum was the perfect choice for our 3 year anniversary. luxurious eating accompanied by the finest service. highly recommended if you want to share a very special taste experience with your partner. we're going to go back!
