My family lives here in Brittany and is from California and NY... so we are an authentic Japanese (or Japanese american because I'm close to mention Californian fires. You won't get them in this restaurant. They use the wrong type of rice so that it is... heavy and pasty; and as far as we could say, they did not use spices. Literally they offer a pea-size part of tasteless washabi and the miniscule part of ginger imaginable. The soup is super watery. Instead of sesame seeds or fish roe around larger mai rolls, they use what looks and tastes like lagerbought roasted onion shading. The place is nice and clean, and the service was good. The taste and freshness are at the rendezvous! raw fish are also fresh, a real delight! The desserts are delicious too, the ice creams that accompany the desserts are very good and original... It is quite rare to eat products so fresh to this quality price ratio. I was not disappointed with the Chief's assortment. address to hold! including the raspberry/poivron ice that accompanied a sweetness of passion/pistache.

quality sushi with home delivery, respect for the schedule announced. If I had to be a tatillon, I found a little light the wasabi and the ginger confit that accompanied the sushi but they are only my tastes.
I'm a fan of this dish and I have to say that I've never eaten ramen to the fish so tasty. I left myself a councillor and I'll go back there without hesitation. a 10€ the dish you have a full meal.
First time I'm going to eat in a Japanese restaurant and I'm not disappointed! the products are fresh and delicious, the very welcoming managers and the decoration is modern.
Sushi? Not all but that. aperitif Japanese whisky, the waiter didn't even know if he had, a wait for an endless lunch. Heat sushi. no explosion of flavors!!! I'm going.

Sushi and Sashimi were not so good. Problems with the ascent I think. All dishes preapares local guy, not japanese. We were despised.
