I am disappointed on how bad the food tasted here. Unfortunately I ordered take out so I was unable to return for my money back. I had one piece of an overly sized roll and it tasted distasteful and off-putting, not fresh, tasted like it’s been sitting out for a few days and still served it. I was afraid to eat another piece risking possible food poisoning. Not sure if it was the tuna, crab meat or avocado and crème cheese, but it tased awful like it was in the process of rotting. I spent $20 on one roll and felt this was a waste of money. The food was horrible, inedible I chucked it away. This is an unfortunate review but they need to do a quality check on their “fresh” ingredients.
The food and service here were both excellent. The price after all the specials was a great deal.The server was attentive, gave great recommendations upon request, offered free miso, gave a discount on a slightly different order, packed the left overs, and was just a very pleasant person.I often go to sushi restaurants because they are exclusive or rated somehow that they should be special. This place provided sushi as good if not better at a fraction of the price.The restaurant was pretty dead when walking in on a Friday night. I felt it was necessary to leave a review after such an unexpected experience.
Completely underwhelming. Food is average, the area is not the best, and it was truly disappointing. Last time I was here was around 2018. The quality and service changed drastically. The rolls were poorly wrapped and cut into massive pieces, so they fell apart easily. The service was not the best. One server couldn't seem to get off his phone. You'll have better luck going to the various other sushi restaurants within the area.

Ordered chicken wings, only to find out they weren’t cooked thoroughly and was pink inside. We sat outside so it was a little cold and we had to go in and ask about our order after waiting 40 minutes. Turns out they forgot about our order. Use to eat here all the time but unfortunately I won’t be returning.
This place is not good. The prices are crazy and the only good thing on the menu are the 20$ bento platters. the food really isn’t good at all. You’re better off going to Kampai sushi in Los Alamitos.
The young man was really friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the older woman, who seemed to look down on us and拒绝 to provide any service, as she assumed we didn't have any money.
What an excellent dinner! Fresh sushi and sashimi, unique rolls, delectable Kalbi ribs… yum! The service was great- speedy and kind. Can’t wait to go back!
