Nile Vegan - Reserva de mesa

My wife and I had dinner here while visiting from out of town. While I am not an expert, I love Ethiopian food. I have visited Ethiopia and eaten local food there during several week long trips. My wife and I visit Ethiopian restaurants as often as we can find them while traveling in the U.S. Of everywhere I have eaten Ethiopian, my meal at Nile Vegan was the best. In fact, I would place our dinner there among my all time top five dinners, period. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but I don't write many reviews, and, as you can see, I am taking time to write this one. It was absolutely fresh, extremely tasty, and the 10 stew platter provided a delightful mix of delicious flavors and textures....

Visited for lunch. Atmosphere is welcoming, but sparse. Chairs aren't the most comfortable to sit in, especially for a long lunch. Which matters, because the service is slow. Very friendly, professional and gracious, but still slow. I'm wondering if it was because it was lunch time, not sure. With that said, they did have plenty of people coming in and no one complained about the wait, so that tells you something. I had the best cucumber/ tomato salad I've ever had! Whatever is in that vinaigrette, *chef's kiss*!! I had a chickpea dish with injera. It was spiced perfectly and so yummy. Flatbread ... I could eat that with anything! I'm definitely revisit, and next time, I'll give myself lots...

Delicious and very authentic Ethiopian food. The whole experience brought me back to my travels in the country. The food was absolutely delicious, and the owner was so warm and welcoming! We ordered the Garden of the Nile platter for two and there was more than enough food. All 10 stews were amazing and the sorrel hibiscus paired well nicely with our food. 3 of us split the traditional platter and it was more than enough food. The food was great and the restaurant is clean and bright. I would definitely go back. To clarify my service rating, we had good service, but it seems like there may have been just one person handling the front and back of house, so things took a little bit longer. Not a place to go if you only have a limited time, but a good option if you have time to linger with the food and friends.

We absolutely adored our meal here! We ordered the Garden Platter which came with 10 hot stews and tons of injera, all of which were incredible! It fed the two of us well! We highly suggest eating here it is some of the best ethiopian food we have ever had! We cannot wait to go back to the nice chill vibes and the friendly kind service!

It's nice not to have to ask for dishes to be made without butter. Tasty! Plenty of variety!Also, you will find some Ethiopian classics here, but also a few that I've never seen anywhere else.

Great food for a good price. The staff is friendly too! The menu is small but this place is great for a good vegan meal to fill your hunger. Some items you do have to go before 3pm! Reserva una mesa ahora

My husband and I are here when we were visiting Columbus, and we both loved it! The Garden platter was delish, as was the injeera chips and guac. So yummy!!
