Nine-ten Restaurant Bar

I came to San Diego last month to visit a friend and tour one of the alleged greatest foodie cities in the country. I did a lot of cross-referencing of multiple sources, and I deduced that this was one of the best breakfast restaurants in town. So I had to come here. It's in the lobby of a fancy hotel, and it is absolutely gorgeous inside. Huge wine racks, huge windows, a nice bar.We get inside, get seated, and look at the delightful menu to see what looks good.
