I’d like to begin by saying that the service at Nine18 was outstanding! Everyone we interacted with during our 10 p.m. dining experience was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic too. I highly recommend starting with the pork belly and having the lamb as your main course. My only issue was that my scallops were a bit too salty, and the automatic doors allowed a number of mosquitoes in, which was quite bothersome. However, another waiter went out of his way to help with the situation, which I truly appreciated.
