Nino's Pizzarama Willow Grove

I visited Nino’s on Saturday, June 25, and I ordered a large sausage pizza. When I arrived, I also grabbed two drinks from the fridge. I made my payment with a credit card at the restaurant. However, when I checked my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for chicken fingers, a large sausage pizza, and two special slices. The issue is that I did not order or receive chicken fingers or the two special slices; I only got the large sausage pizza, bringing my total to nearly $43. I can understand a mix-up with an order, but I didn't receive those extra items at all. Great local pizza shop and the favorite of my son which has me here too often! For us, it’s typically the same parking spot, the same table, and the same order…3 slices and an order of fries. I have tried the steak sandwich in the past and it was decent. The garlic knots have been delicious any time I have ordered them. I am not sure, but it seems a recent change in ownership may have occurred. Quality is still the same AND they finally fixed the broken window in the vestibule area. We did notice they are not offering the Hanks sodas any longer but that may be a temporary thing.

I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. I received a tiramisu that had visible mold on top. When I called to address the issue, Nino's response was simply "whatever." I didn't receive an apology, just indifference. It's alarming that a restaurant would serve unsafe food and show such poor customer service. Since Nino didn't take my concerns seriously, I've included a photo of the moldy dessert. I won't be returning, and I recommend you consider skipping this place too!

Wonderful place with Great Pizza, sandwiches more!!! WOW They sure know how to make a great pizza. The pizza was delicious with the perfect crust just the right amount of crunch. They have the absolute best red sauce, wether it’s on pizza or pasta. One of the best Cheesesteak Hoagie’s I have had in a while. Roll was toasted to perfection cheesesteak was delicious!!! Ordered half of plain and other half of cheesesteak pizza; 4 garlic knots and a small bottle of water. As a result they OVERCHARGED me on EVERY of these items: 1) for the pizza they charged me as if it was fully cheesesteak 2) garlic knots were below $2 on their menu 3) for a small bottle of water he calculated as if I took a big bottle of Coke. Insane! CHECK every item in your receipt if you go there! But better don’t.

Nino's provides that authentic Italian style pizza freshly made. I even got to see the pizza dough being tossed and twirled. The gentleman behind counter was nice a personable the restaurant was clean and bright. I'll travel to get this pizza. Great experience in a time when people are not serving up quality food this place did. Toe Knee

The pizza was phenomenal! The toppings were fresh and tasty; just the right amount of every ingredient. The pizza cheese and sauce was delicious and the dough was crispy; cooked to perfection. The chef/cooks are obviously veterans at this establishment.

Ninos is a typical pizza shop, they have awesome pizza. The crust was perfection. Sauce and cheese, nice and fresh. I got 3 pizzas, two with toppings and (2) 2 litre sodas. Very polite family. I would go back in a heartbeat.

As always the best pizza around. I would gladly pay more because he has the best and freshest ingredients. And the chicken tenders are incredible! This is a must go!
