Upon exiting the car the valet was very personable, and stepping into the front entrance the customer service greeting was extended with smiles. You felt welcomed. Came in on a Friday night, the wait was about 10 minutes which wasn't bad at all. The place is like a lounge with loud music and club lights. The music was okay, they repeated a lot of the songs. We shared the passion fruit sangria which was really good. We had the cheese arepitas as our appetizer, they were also really good. My friend had the Hawaiian chicken and I had the sautéed shrimp. My friend enjoyed her chicken but mentioned that the dish had way too much pineapple. My shrimp dish was just okay. The sauce was advertised as a sweet tomato sauce but I am pretty sure it was pure ketchup because that's what it smelled/ tasted like. The service was very slow but the place was pretty packe...
I said to myself that I would NEVER go back because of the Loud music. The Food is ALWAYS Great and Delicious. My complaint is you Can't have a conversation due to the high volume. My nephew insisted on going back... So, I went back. I seem to have Bad luck when I go because it's always Karaoke night, where No one sings and the Karaoke host is loud as with the music. Guests where mostly on their cell phones, I assume that they were texting each other on a group chat because they couldn't hear themselves. The service is ok. Expect to be charged a Credit Card FEE. pay cash and save a dollar or two. And don't for forget to order a piece of TRES LECHES... Delicious.
The food was ok. About what you would expect if you stopped in a little empanada Cafe. The staff did not speak English at all. When the bill came it was 30% more than expected. When I asked about it I was told the menu was wrong. I paid it, but I let the manager know how I felt about it. As a matter of principal I will never return.. On top of that, I had to pay for valet parking to park 10 feet from the door which is not a normal practice by any means.

This restaurant is not worth your time if you’re looking for quality food. The steak was old and tough, and the tostones were harder than steel. If you're a fan of mayonnaise as a salad dressing, then you might consider this place a good option. Honestly, Yelp should include a zero-star rating because that’s how I feel about this so-called restaurant. I would never recommend it.
I popped in today for a glass of house cabernet around 5 PM on a Friday afternoon, and I ended up having a second glass because I loved the atmosphere and the vibe. However, I was taken aback when I received a bill totaling $37.82 for just those two glasses. I paid it but won't be coming back—goodbye!
All I can say is awesome! Every time we order, everything is spot on, and no matter what we choose, it comes out perfectly. We typically go for steak, chicken, and shrimp, and we love to mix them with all the different dishes.
Sangria was good. Food was great and came out very fast which was lovely. Unfortunately, the server wasn't the beer but everything else was great. The ambiance and decor was beautiful.

You have to pay $10 for valet when they just park it in the lot right next the restaurant. It makes no sense.
