"Frequent here because of parking out back and handy kids corner to occupy kids while we have a coffee. The book shelf is a nice touch too. Coffee isn’t fantastic but I have not had a bad breakfast and tried quite a few lovely meals. Generous servings."

Businesses are built on repeat business. Do the 'new ' owners here (i think they 've been running this place for a year and a half now) realize this? Since taking over their small chips are now only 1/4 of the size they use to be. A ham cheese and tomato sandwich had only one thin slice of ham on it. The Turkish toast i got this morning was only half buttered so I was eating alot of dry toast after paying $4.5 takeaway!!!! However I cannot fault their excellent cappuccino a small takeaway one cost $3.5. Will never buy food from here again only coffee

One of the big reasons why we go back in this cafe is how warm they treat their customers. Aside from their awesome meal selections, their customer service is one of the best (or the best in the area-i must say). Staff are always smiling and they remember you even if you only visited once. Kudos to their super hero kid- Matt. He is by far the star of this cafe. He is very accommodating and keeps a keen eye to all of our needs. He is the best. A must try cafe shop for those who will visit the Willoughby area.

I used to love this cafe as I went to school nearby. Sadly, the quality has dropped. Stopped by to get some food. 3 meals for 3 people, very empty on a saturday afternoon. Somehow, with the 1 order they took and the whole 6 steps to the register, they forgot my meal. I ordered a pie for around $10 $12. They heated it up it was a supermarket frozen pie (the 50c ones, not even the gourmet ones). Bottom was rock hard and difficult to stomach. Disappointed I spent that much on a pie straight out of the freezer.

Very ordinary cafe looked for a table three were very grotty settled on a cleared table however it was full of salt on the top which had to cleared whilst we were ordering. Coffee was watery and flavourless. Food was not inviting considering the new competition in the area. New name could be VOC very ordinary cafe
