The service could use some improvement. The beef couldn't be cooked well done for a pregnant guest, which was a concern. There were many empty bottles left on the table until they piled up while we were trying to manage with limited space for our food. The staff asked if everything was okay with our meal before we had even tasted it, and I noticed this happening at two other tables as well. While these were relatively minor issues, they did impact my overall experience. I also had to request more water twice.
This was our first time visiting No9 and our first night out since March 2020, it did not disappoint. All Covid precautions were in place and we felt very safe. All staff were lovely and welcoming. There were plenty of menu options which would suit everyone and when the food came it was packed with flavour and just delicious. We had a great night and will be back soon! Thank you all :
This is the best restaurant in Hereford. The food is incredible, and the service is top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I'm honestly surprised it doesn't have a Michelin star yet; it can't be too far off!
