Noah's New York Bagels

I love the bagels here. everyone is so nice. Today I had a bad experience because the older cashier who worked there had calculated the full price to me, although I had asked to use a gift card. She scanned it, and I saw it was still full of price. I brought it to her and she said rudely, she then used it to calculate me full price and went away while I paid and did not come back. when I left, I heard other people who have a similar experience. never write reviews, but some were rude. good bagel.

2 for 2... order was wrong. This is the 3rd visit too. This location has consistent accuracy issues for the level of staffing. It is unfortunate since they are only 2 minutes from our home and the kids enjoy it on the weekends. The Noah's on Santa Rita and Valley is amazing with excellent service, Maybe they can share their success or SOPs.

Please make sure Dasher takes the correct food I don't need to go to your location and pickup my correct order what's the use. it's easy to point fingers your food is good but your service reflexes your review average. one more thing please answer your phone if your open for business.

How hard is it get 13 bagels correct? If the employees can't tell the difference between raisin and chocolate chip then don't put them next to each other on the rack...sheeze...not a big deal, but still when you get home you expect to have what you ordered...

Love Noahs, I get the breakfast burrito every day practically, however 99.9% of the time I has really cold areas in it. I figured it'd only happen a couple times but it seems to happen every time. :
