I have visited several Noah's locations and have always enjoyed their delicious bagels. The staff at this particular location were busy but still managed to take my order, process my payment, and hand over my bagels with a friendly smile. I would give them 5 stars. It seems that local reviews are often focused on personal service experiences or criticism of COVID safety measures. In my opinion, some customers may have unrealistic expectations of service staff. I want to commend the hardworking employees who are dealing with customers of all types with minimal pay. Kudos to them for bravely facing the challenges of the frontline.
I would not recommend ordering online or using DoorDash for this restaurant. They frequently make mistakes with orders. Additionally, I would advise against ordering a lox bagel from this place. I received two small slices of salmon that did not fully cover the bagel, and they even got the type of bagel wrong. My experiences here have been consistently unsatisfactory. Other locations of this restaurant have always done a great job, so I am not sure what is going wrong at this particular branch.
Absolutely awful service from Noah's bagels in Folsom today. Ordered through doordash for our dental office, a brunch box and some additional items were ordered. When the items arrived several of the them were missing, after speaking with a manager -Nicole I was told she would handled the situation... If handling the situation means having one of the staff drive to the location defeating the purpose of having brunch delivered to the office only to be given the items and offer
No gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, corn free, canola oil/inflammatory oil free. MSG/natural flavor free options. Sauces all packed with vinegar which wears away bones and teeth. If they do make gluten free bread it'll probably have egg and corn in it which is inflammatory to 85% of the population. They do not make food that is inclusive of people's health issues. They don't care. Eat here if you want to get health issues and die sooner.

Line out to the door, but they kept it moving. Got through in a few minutes but took about ten minutes for my order. The crew worked fast and well together, filling orders for in-store, delivery, and pick-ups. I can't complain. The Farmhouse sandwich was great! And Nova Lox sandwich good but the extra lox is getting expensive.
The time is 1:03PM, there are people inside. They locked the door, and it says they close at 2PM. 5 other people have attempted to go in. They see us out here. I usually like this place. It's now 1:12 they finally put up a printed sign saying they are short staffed and that they were short on ingredients.
If you want the bomb bagels, this is the only place to go. Please come when the as fresh as the summer breeze. Take a bite and close your eyes, to soft and flavoring expectations on your mouth. I 'm telling you, there addictive! Tell em Marion sent you and she said You guys are the BOMB
If you're looking to have the finest breakfast in town... here is the place to be. I went here one morning I was running late for work... I was greeted with a smile someone helped me out immediately! The food and coffee was delicious! Would recommend!

My wife and I both enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant. I had the Turkey Sausage Cheddar Asiago Bagel while my wife had the Chorizo Burrito. The Carmel Macchiatos we ordered were also great.
