We started with beer, which was superb all around. In fact, some of the best beer we have tasted in Canada AND the U.S. we chose 4 items off the menu, a tomato/lentil dish for our vegetarian, roasted vegetables on marscapone, pork belly, and potato salad with bacon. All of our dishes were very delicious. We shied away from some of the more adventurous menu items (like horse meat)...but when it was time for dessert we tried the orange/jalapeño ice cream which was superb! The avocado ice cream was also good, but the orange/jalapeño was memorable! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
food although quite expensive is a chef's cuisine, for gourmet purposes. "Trusteue" and ingenious. we use fresh and local products. As for beers, many of them are quite exceptional (including the black leg, my favorite for life). Spacious pub where you breathe well, beautiful location in the St-Roch district, super service (relax, passionate and generous in info on brewing processes), amazing toilet. A great address, like that that legitimizes a trip.
Partner and I visited for dinner and a drink. The waitress was helpful in selecting our beers and was knowledgeable. However, the food order was wrong on two occasions and ended up taking an hour to get my course when my partner had already finished. We then were handed the bill without any sort of discount (which was corrected). Beer was nice, food OK, service mixed. Maybe a bad day for the waitress.
Great vibes, amazing beers, cannot miss. Get the 4 beer pack, it's so worth it. If you like coffee flavoured, definitely get Cill Dara. Catnip was one of my personal favourites. This is the place to be on a weekend night! Good vegan burger, fries not so much, but 100% would recommend!

We did not eat here but just had a few drinks. Tried a couple of their beers which were good. Indoor/outdoor seating on a small street with other pubs so that was really cool. Our bartender was incredible ( I wish I could remember her name). Service was excellent.
Great selection of beers on a nice patio. Servers were friendly and accommodated our sad lack of French with ease. As a not beer drinker I was quite happy with my cider and my partner enjoyed his flight including the recommendations from our server :

A micro brewery that provides very good food for a reasonable price. Effortlessly bilingual, too.The beer is superb, inspired combinations of hops and grains. Altogether a delightful experience.

Great spot for a drink on a patio if you can get a table outside. We really liked the beer! Especially the Herbosophie. The chilli was really tasty but the chip to chilli ratio was suboptimal.
