Went to the restaurant last night and ordered entrecote, all in all it was a disaster! 1/3 was completely inedible and the rest could have been saved, and the fries were probably in the fryer several times! Even with a steak knife it was sometimes not possible to cut the meat, a lot of gristle and fat. When I pointed out the non-edible entrecote to the waiter's attention, one lady called (probably the restaurant management) whose appearance was just as embarrassing as the service from the cook (if he is one).
