Noodles And Company

Edit: Wait time seems well within check now. I keep trying this place because I generally really like Noodles but this particular location appears to be poorly managed. I order online at least 30 minutes in advance every time and they have NEVER had my food ready on time. Additionally, it seems to be hit or miss as to whether they actually make your food correctly. I have never been to noodles and company before. Everyone said how great they are. Blandest food I ever tasted. I got the Mac and cheese, meatballs and some chicken noodle soup. No flavor. The mac and cheese seemed like they sprinkled cheese on it and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds. I will not be coming back again.

I ordered online so I could just come by quickly and pick up my order. It was anything but quick. The email confirmation said the order would be ready at 6:14pm, actual time was 6:32. That is not how to manage customer expectations!!

Food was really good. I was pleasantly surprised. It was fast, and arrived hot to our table. Honestly, compared quite well to Olive Garden quality. The dining area needed to be cleaned up some.

Usually decent. Sometimes they mix up other ingredients into my food. Doesn’t bother me, but could lead to allergy problems with others.
