Please ask corporate to switch back to the other gluten friendly noodle. For years Noodles and co has been the only good fast casual gluten free option. And the staff at this location is always so helpful and kind. The new penne are the same garbage ones every other place uses. They’re basically inedible. The don’t taste good and the worst part is they fall apart. You can’t even stab them with a fork. Noodles used to be a safe food for me. I knew I could get something quick, safe and actually tasty. I order probably weekly ? I won’t any more though. I know you have the pad Thai style rice noodles but that such a departure from the right noodle for other dishes. First world problems but eithe...
Lunchbreak so I'm here. Got the Spicy Korean Beef noodles and the serving size ok for the price. 5.9 The noodles lack any real flavor, plus it not actually spicy either. The beef that comes with the noodles isn't anything spectacular either just meh, and you don't get that much to begin with. Definitely, this is an one n done spot for me. Why do people come here?
They can never seem to get an order correct. Completely left out an entree. The meatballs were dry and they didn’t put any sauce. The one entree they did remember was absolutely incorrect, none of the customization I asked for happened and then on top of that, they included things I didn’t order… worst noodles and company in existence

Went in to order food and was told after waiting for someone to actually acknowledge me that it would be a 25 minute wait. Huh? I said “for everything?” And she said yes. They obviously want this place to close down. And I wont be surprised when it does. Never again.
Noodles here were unexpectedly phenomenal... cheesy garlic bread needed way more cheese but was still good, throw a little mozzarella on the bread next time and it will be yummy !. Nothing else to say, If you like noodles this is probably the place for you!!!!.
I think the cook was having a bad day. The pad thai was undercooked; those noodles were hard and clumped together. The udon portion size was half of the pad thai.
Young AA lady that works here has an attitude problem, I told her theres missing items from my order and she 's telling me are you sure? like seriously
