How can you possibly ruin mac and cheese? I ordered the Buffalo chicken mac, and there was hardly any cheese on it at all. What I got was a bowl of dry elbow macaroni with just a scant sprinkling of shredded cheese. Technically, it was mac and cheese, but it was a huge letdown. They added some mediocre chopped breaded chicken and a lackluster drizzle of Buffalo sauce on top, but 90% of the meal was entirely flavorless. I definitely won't be returning.
The staff were busy preparing a large To-Go order, and while all three of them glanced in my direction several times, none of them acknowledged me or informed me that they would be with me shortly. I waited by the register for 12 minutes before deciding to leave. I don't mind waiting if the staff are occupied, but their inability to communicate with me after I stood there for over 10 minutes was disappointing and showed a lack of customer service.
The employee who took our order was rude. When I asked her to be a little nicer she said that I didn’t ask her how she was doing. In my opinion, she was the one who should have asked us. Either way, the whole situation took place over me asking if a cookie counted as part of the meal. She went and listed all other options which is not what I asked for. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.
I ordered the Penne Rosa with tofu, and unfortunately, the tofu was incredibly tough, almost like leather. I experienced the same issue with my last order. I thought I’d give it another try to see if it was just a one-time occurrence, but it seems that’s not the case. If I decide to order again, tofu won't be included in my meal. Reserva una mesa ahora
Thank you for the wonderful customer service! There was something missing from my order, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. The meals were delicious as always, and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be returning! There's parking available in the back. Order: A.V.
Great staff that helped wrangle an order for a large group and took care of everything from setting up seating to ensuring everyone got exactly what they wanted. Can't go wrong for kids of any age
Do not order if gluten free. Tried to order gluten free noodles and my order contained random regular noodles mixed in. This did not happen not only once but twice. Very disappointing.
They cook the noodles perfectly and not too soft or soggy with sauce. I wish there was one closer to where I live. The girl that works there with the colored hair is cool too Reserva una mesa ahora
