Consistently very good, tasty dishes to order quickly. Unfortunately, I feel like every one of three visits I find disappointed for various reasons to find some creepy mushrooms that are rude in my dishes, a missing Crispy, or overdone noodles. This visit, I was kind of annoyed, as it seems as if it changed the portion size for a small bowl to an XXS. I received about 15 noodles that were in the container size that they used to the flatbread in. (My flatbread was wrapped in paper this time). The noodles were perfectly cooked, so it was disappointing that I was hit with the abrupt change in size. And if this is due to a lack of small serving bowls, then I would have appreciated either a phone...
Bad Experience. I asked for parmesan chicken on both of me and my mothers food. The girl gave me my receipt and I saw there was parm chicken on only one, so I told another employee that it was incorrect and she said she will get. We were waiting for awhile, so I checked up on it and a male employee said it will be right out. My mother ended up finishing her food and then weleft unsatisfied without the chicken. Poor service.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely polite and accommodating, even though I can be a bit particular. My only suggestion would be to have a more concise menu, as it was displayed on the entire wall. I should have probably checked online beforehand to decide what I wanted to order.
Went to order some food from here numerous times back early February and this location was closed. This happened twice. Just ordered some food today wasn't very talkative during checkout and I heard one of the workers say. You enjoy that. Opened my food and something brown and discusting was on the top. Noodles makes a big mistake to order cartridges from the app when running in the door. The personal service is expected when you see an employee standing right behind the counter! The 15% size that appears (and automatically calculated on YOU) is a big disappointment. I lost my love for Noodles and find myself elsewhere.
Pretty poor customer service. An apology when you have messed up an order is pretty normal. Now 45 minutes after my orginial order was placed I receive my missing item. But now everything else is cold. Not sure what happened to customer service. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened.
