Noodles Company - Reserva de mesa

Food was burnt. Soup was about half full. Noodles were disgusting. I called and the person on the phone said he has to speak to his manager and have someone call me back but he never took my number or any info to even call back. I had to drive all the way back and I returned it all. I will never eat at this location again. I had to literally clean off the drink machine to get my drink. The place was also not very clean.

This specific location always requires me to check my order. Several times, I've discovered missing items when I got home. I will say that they are good about compensating me for the inconvenience if I return, but it has happened so often that it has become frustrating enough for me to leave a comment about it.

This about this specific Location ... ALWAYS.. check your order.. several times we were missing items when we got home.. I will say that if I go back they are good about giving me something for the trouble.. but it has happened to often that it has become annoying enough that I had to put a comment about it.

Overall, it was a great experience. I've visited this restaurant many times and sampled a large portion of the menu, and I've enjoyed everything for various reasons. It makes it difficult to choose what to order when you’re there, as everything is so delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff seemed unwilling to assist with their app, which was quite challenging to navigate. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. It felt like a waste of my time! We’ve moved past the pandemic, and they really need to refocus on customer service.

The Soda machine had a smell to it, floors were sticky, every table was dirty. The care for quality of the food wasn't what it used to be. Way too much garlic, oversized chopped Vegi., the egg was still whole and cilantro still on the 8 stem it grew on!

Free drinks for Doordashers but none in Ohio but plenty in Illinois. If you love every kind of noodles and pasta with different sauses from all over the world?! Yummy!! Not too pricey, either!

Compared to other locations this store was gross. Garbage was completely full, old food swept into corners, drink machine overflowing, and the place in general had a weird smell. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went with my best friends to celebrate. And had a great time. Food was great and the atmosphere was great. We had privacy.
