Hadn?t visited this place in like 6 mos. daughter went in order barely got anything in her bowl so I decided to place an order. I was polite. Specifically asked for a side order of shrimp to add to my daughter?s. Dude (AA w/glasses) has terriblecustomer service. I guess insecurity complex kicked in so he trying to be nonchalant cute tossing bowls over the counter. Ipaid $3.95 for side order got 4 shrimp so I asked how many comes with side order and it should be 6. The nice cashier put inanother order which came back hardly cooked burnt. If they don?t want to work there then get another job but when someone ispaying close to $15 for a bowl then prepare it right the first go around so your are...
Food was served luke-warm. Food was edible but nothing special. Maybe it was not hot because we came later in the day (8pm). Disappointed in the meal and its about $15 per person. The items in the noodles were not cooked (spinach, tomatoes) and dumpedin on top of the luke-warm noodles/cheese. This would've been fine had they actually cooked the noodles first... the steamcould've heated the spinach and other veg. I was starving and finished it but would not reccomend or visit again. There's betteroptions out there.
I took off a star because I waited 19 minutes for an order of a small entree and side with only 1 person having ordered in front of me. I really enjoy the food from noodles and company but every time I go to any of them it takes a while for the food to comeout. Redeeming rewards was easy but I saw another person who spent their whole work break waiting for their food. The workersseemed kind of confused and overwhelmed. I don?t think they?re not working hard but maybe they need some support.
This place was alright at best, the food was pretty pricey for the taste and texture. When we received our food it wasn't even considered room temperature, it was quite cold. The noodles themselves were bland and flavourless. It just didn't taste right. Iwouldn't entirely recommended unless you like overpriced bland noodles.

This was a terrible experience. A friend had been recommending this place to me, so I decided to give it a try. The chicken was tough and hard to chew; it was definitely not enjoyable. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. Overall, it was quite unappetizing. I will never order from here again.
To start, my food arrived cold. Additionally, I ordered Alfredo, but it came with unexpected sesame seeds mixed in. The pasta had hardly any sauce at all. Furthermore, the extra sauce I paid for never arrived. I will never order from this location again.
The staff here are very nice. They do their best and are obviously working hard. They dont deserve the flack that they get from delivery drivers. Management please consider hiring more staff on friday nights so your team has more support.
My order was missing both my drink and my Krispy treat. Each time I place an order, my drink seems to be left out.
