We went on a Sunday evening, when it was slow. Placed an order at 7:39 did not get it until 8:15. Delivery driver for Uber or somewhere came in and apparently was able to walk off with our order. Had to wait longer and thank goodness we didn’t drive off, because we had a missing item. A bit disappointed!
This was my first visit. The staff was friendly (the cashier, Jade, was very nice), it was clean and the food was hot. Many menu options. I will go back for another lunch. Dessert options are only 3 kinds of cookies. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
I’ve been coming here for a while now and the food is always great. One of the younger male cashiers (didn’t quite catch his name, unfortunately) has a bit of an attitude when you say you don’t want the meal option. However, the food was still good. 4 stars.

The food here is approachable and uncomplicated, paired with a straightforward service and experience. My top pick is the Japanese pan noodles; the thick noodles and flavorful blend are truly delightful.
The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, but it was quite crowded with teenagers. If you're seeking a peaceful and quiet lunch experience, I would suggest trying a different place.
I had one of their cookies, but the cookie dough was quite bland, and only the chocolate chips had any flavor. Furthermore, I spotted some mold underneath the table.
