If i can give 0 starts i would, this employee ruined my first noodles and co experience. One employee, who was skinny and tall, had black hair with a bun, full faces of makeup, heavy thick eyebrows drawn in, started talking rudely about her life with us and compared it to ours. No customer should be treated in this manner, and when she delivered the meal to us, she slammed it on our table because she was angry that we weren't filling the cup with water, even though we were doing so the entire time. She was also angry that we had water in a cup meant for water. She is blatantly nasty to all young people, and no employee with that attitude belongs in noodles co .

I believe this location gave me and my family a food borne illness. Since eating there we’ve had watery stools and vomiting. As well as chills, fever, headache, and in my case a really stiff neck. We all have very similar symptoms and it’s the only thing we all ate together. So whatever illness we got was from this noodles and co. This location has suffered from poor quality in the past, due to its terrible service staff. I will not be buying anything from this noodles and co or and other in the future from here on out.

I ordered through the app, and my food was ready at the promised time, which I thought was impressive given that it was likely lunchtime for the high school! There were so many kids and a ton of orders. The staff members were incredibly efficient and worked quickly. They took orders and politely apologized to customers for any waits while juggling deliveries to tables, keeping everything organized. The spaghetti could have used a bit more sauce, but overall, it was delicious!

Great food, but one worker keeps forgetting to allow me to collect online rewards which is putting a massive dent in my spending. The rewards points are important to me since I consistently get food here, and I dont have the kind of money where I can just keep spending without gaining anything in return. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had an excellent experience at the Buffalo Grove location! Everything was perfect— from the food to the service and the atmosphere. There were no issues whatsoever! The food was served hot, prepared just as I ordered, and came out in a timely manner. I can always count on this place to deliver!

Really like their food but about 20% of the time I order food to go they forget something. This last time they forgot the chicken I paid for! They said they were mailing me a coupon. Will see if I get ot. So check the food before you leave. Other than that it is great!

The restaurant was clean, but the food lacked flavor. I suspect this is more related to how the staff is instructed to season and prepare the dishes rather than the cook's skills. Additionally, the restroom's cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

Correct food order and everything tasted great!!!! Also love the detail of writing “Have a nice day” on the receipt! Excellent staff.

We tried the new dish from the menu. It wasn't all that for what they advertise. Good customer service and clean.
