The last time I had Noodles Company was probably 10 years ago. I have been meaning to go back for years now as I remember it being really good back then. So tonight was the night I was going to finally get it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs andthe Wisconsin mac and cheese. I placed a pick up order that was to be ready at 8:07 pm. I went in at 8:08 pm and it was readyas it was supposed to be and that was great. I drove home which is about 10 minutes away and sat down to eat. Wow was Iseverely disappointed. As for my grilled chicken Caesar salad, it was disappointing. Instead of the usual romaine lettuce, I received mixed greens, and the croutons were tiny—definitely smaller than I remember. The portion of chicken was also quite small. I couldn’t finish it because the taste was off, almost like eating weeds from the parking lot. For a $12 salad, I expect better. Everything else seemed fine, but they really need to improve their quality overall.
