I will not be ordering from Noodles and Company again. One of our orders did not come with the chicken we paid for (thankfully, DoorDash refunded us quickly), and we also received two rice crispy treats that were very different in size. Typically, I wouldn't mind the size difference, but since they were the same price, it was disappointing to see one treat being almost twice as big as the other.
We had the PadThai and the udon noodles. We asked to have it without egg and told them we were vegan. They acknowledged and it was nice to see that they are familiar with vegan dining. The dishes were flavorful and quickly brought to our table, piping hot.
The noodles were gloppy and WAY overcooked, there was no sauce, and there was hardly any meat, even though I paid $6 for extra. After paying $74 for three tiny meals, this was really disappointing

Absolutely disgusting, for a food business to leave their trash looking like this every day and less than 10 feet away from the kitchen is nasty and unsanitary
They should call it noodles and chicken soup. Lots of noodles but only 3 pieces of chicken. Disappointing!
Great food and I love the options especially the GF noodles!! The staff is also incredibly friendly!

Personally, I enjoy the Japanese Pan noodles, which are vegan.
I always ask for Rice Krispies but I never actually get them.
