Worst imaginable service I 've ever recorded. I hope this place closes down because the owner is a total scumbag. My gf and I went on 7/12/16 20 min before they closed. I had just gotten out of the hospital the day before for a motorcycle accident and wanted good Indian food( We 're Monrovia locals). Big mistake coming here. They would only give us to go so they didn 't have to do dishes which was fine. We inquired how good the baingan bharta was because it 's made poorly a lot. The waiter swore on his life and cousins reputation that it was the best we 'd find anywhere. He said he was from Beverly Hills and had been at noors for 4 months and his cousins cooking is the best Indian food ever....

Came here on a Friday night at 8:40 with my sister only to be standing awkwardly waiting for a hot minute. We weren 't sure of how this place worked since we didn 't see a server/host...if we were supposed to just seat ourselves or order in the back then have a seat or something else. A server finally noticed us and told us to have a seat anywhere we liked. We didn 't want to be cold by the entrance/door so we chose a table closer inside and noticed that none of the other interior tables were prepped or bused. Love this place still and I've been back at least a dozen times with other friends and they've all loved their food. The chef here is the real deal. He's comes out to talk to me ... same guy...every...single...time. He welcomes me and my friends wholeheartedly and takes his job very seriously. Great vibes. There no fast food, buffet style here. I've been here a couple times and sometimes it's great and sometimes it's just ok. It's nice that they deliver, but it's pretty expensive for what you get. Also, the last time we ordered delivery it took a REALLY long time to arrive and they didn't bother to call us to let us know that they got lost, returned to the restaurant, and the owner redelivered it. A simple status call would have been nice. Having said that the food is usually pretty good and they have a nice selection of dishes. Also, their heat scale is on par. We usually order medium and it's perfect for us. Our usual order looks something like this: vegetable samosas, chicken tikka, lamb vindaloo, dal makhani, saag aloo, basmati...

I thought the food was delicious. I had the tandoori chicken, the chicken masala, the basil naan, the garlic naan, and Greek salad. Greek salad was fresh and delicious. The naan was crispy and hot. The chicken was not dry and tasted delicious. Overall a good experience. Checked in on yelp and got like a sweet ball of bread soaked in syrup. I was not a fan but it was free so can't complain. Only gripe is it was a little pricey for what we got but I would definitely give this place a try if you havent

This place has the best chicken tikka masala I've ever had. Intensely rich, fresh flavor that packs a potent spice kick. The chicken is in a creamy sauce that does not taste greasy and gross like some Indian places. Generous portion size for the price (for the lunch combo that includes rice veggies and naan also). Spacious and well decorated with a friendly waiter. I've been to Mumbai and this place competes with the flavors I had there. Try it!

Love the food. Don't think I smell/taste as much spices, but I really enjoyed the dishes we ordered. Chicken Makhani was spicy with super tender chicken. Tikka Masala with Shrimp was sweet and flavorful and the shrimps were fresh. Biryani was decent but wish the portion was bigger. The only downside was it takes forever for the dishes to come. Gotta be super patient.

I am starting to get disappointed. we got some coupons and come twice to try and redeem them but each time we come at 12 noon they are closed! this happened twice! I love the food but something is going on where they are not opening when they should be.

Noor 's Indian Bistro is closed from 31st Oct 2018. A new Indian Restaurant Mahan Indian Restaurant opened up from 1st Nov to serve the community. Two young and talented guys chef and owner are there with there magical cooking hands.
