Muy decepcionante. Solo pare aquí si realmente no tiene otra opción y asegúrese de revisar su cuenta. Me detuve con mi esposo y pedimos 2 sprite y 2 Stella, el menú indicaba que el sprite costaba €2.70 y la Stella €3.30. Luego pedimos otra cerveza cada uno y pedimos la cuenta. Cuando llegó, nos cobraron €6.00 por el sprite y dos precios diferentes por la Stella. Dos estaban a €9.00 y las siguientes dos estaban al precio correcto del menú a €6.60. Cuando cuestionamos la cuenta, el camarero volvió y dijo que la cuenta ahora era correcta y que los 2 sprite eran €6.00 y las 4 Stella eran €18, lo que significaba que nos habían cobrado el precio más alto por la Stella (€4.50 cada una en lugar del...
We are a regular to the barcelo Noray restaurant at the harbour. We come here multiple times a year. The service is usually slow as it is busy. However today at 13.00 on Wednesday 17th November. The waiters and waitress totally ignored me to the point where I just walked off!! I went into the restaurant where the lady behind the till was she totally ignored me! I had my card in my hand which usually suggests someone wants to pay for something. We had an airplane to catch I understand it gets busy. Visted on numerous occasions during our 4+ weeks stay. Either for a lunch or beers. Staff are great all very friendly and welcoming, especially Jose Marie. Carlos, Tatti, sonia. Rosa. Abel. Jose R and Salvador everyone always pleased to see us again. We enjoyed pizzas and chicken baguette /sandwiches all food was freshly made and delicious. Our afternoon visits for a beer were very enjoyable the views at the marina in the sunshine people watching is ideal. Noticed their coffee and cakes offer was very popular especially their apple pie. Vinimos hace una semana y la experiencia fue positiva, por eso hoy repetíamos. Misteriosamente, las raciones han sufrido una merma significativa, así como la calidad del producto. Por ejemplo, las puntillas de calamar: Rebozado más basto y aproximadamente la mitad de cantidad que antes. Croquetas de jamon grasosas, probablemente por utilizar aceite a insuficiente temperatura. Esta es para la heladería en la que me estoy hospedando en el hotel cerca de aquí, mi pareja fue a por un helado y fui a hablar con él, pero estaba a 3 metros de distancia, la señora era muy grosera hablando y gritando en español sabiendo bien que yo soy del Reino Unido, no voy de vacaciones para que alguien me hable de esta manera, la heladería es parte del hotel, así que no pago £240 por noche para que alguien me hable así cuando estoy pagando su sueldo, estoy muy enojado.
Paramos para comer algo rápido. Teniendo en cuenta que el restaurante está literalmente a 3 pasos del puerto deportivo, no pudieron servir pescado y patatas fritas de verdad en el menú infantil. Fue pobre por decir lo menos. La chica que servía era realmente encantadora y estaba bajo mucha presión sirviendo en 15 mesas. Pedimos dos ensalada César con pollo. Went here for lunch today around 2.30pm. We waited for over half an hour to even be acknowledged. We asked three waiters if they were going to take our order but they were too interested serving guests who had arrived after us. The staff are rude and inattentive. We walked out in the end. Avoid this place, it may look good but the service is appalling.
This became our 5pm stop off point for our 5 night stay. Excellent friendly staff. Great quality food and drink. Ate here once (pizza and a Noray burger) but had sangria every night. Perfect!
