I tend to go to the Ebar at Nordstrom's on occasion when I find myself visiting there, and I am especially fond of their strawberry banana smoothie. However, instead of improving their products or at least maintaining the same level of quality, itseems to have declined considerably. The smoothie felt rather off when I tasted it since it tasted different in comparison topast visits here. Can we please have these coffee shops on every corner instead of Starbucks? I always get my coffee made just the way I like it, and there are never any problems. The staff is friendly and engages in real conversation, not the scripted exchanges you often encounter elsewhere. Sure, they might have some opinions I don't agree with (like thinking Deadpool 1 is better than Deadpool 2!), but whenever I'm at Cerritos Mall, visiting this place is a must.

On January 4, 2023, I would rate this restaurant 3.5 stars. It's quite decent, but it doesn't quite wow me. The coffee was smooth, hot, and flavorful, but it lacked the richness I desire from espresso and beans. Although it doesn't have the depth I was hoping for, the experience was elevated by the friendly, efficient, and quick customer service!

I truly adore this place! The service at this Nordstrom Cafe is exceptional. The staff is wonderfully attentive and professional. The food is always delicious, and I eagerly await the daily specials as a delightful treat to cap off the week. They're simply amazing!
This was my first time visiting, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back to try their coffees and teas, especially since I often window shop at Nordstrom!

I had an excellent iced vanilla latte from this spot. I try to steer clear of Starbucks whenever I can, so I was really happy to find this place!
