There weren't many people in the restaurant and our service was good. On the other hand, I took the kansas beef and the meat was really very cold, it can happen. They return a second plate to me, again the cold meat and the waitress notices by touching the meat that it is cold, it can happen. The problem is that I was returned the same plate in less than 5 min, but heating in the microwave… soft bread, disgusting salad in the sandwich and it was the same sandwich touched by the waitress… I don't never complains, but if it can help others, ask for your meat cooked on the plate. By the way, no discount on the bill.

Very ordinary service, we are offered the bare minimum and even that seems difficult… So long to be served, then in the end the meal was cold and not very good. We were waiting for the waitress to get condiments, more water, the bill…and she was sitting talking to other employees… Maybe we need a new training on customer service and on the sense of priorities ?

Every time my family visits Quebec, we always make sure to stop by this restaurant for brunch or dinner. They also sell their delicious sauces, pizza, lasagna, and more. My favorite dish is their grilled Zibatta sandwiches. I highly recommend this restaurant for families!

My spouse and I went out to dinner last night. My spouse, who has worked as a waitress for many years, noticed that our server Elyse was extremely professional. We were very pleased with the service. Thank you Elyse. Unfortunately, there is no parking available.

Whenever we travel to Quebec, we always make sure to dine at a Normandin restaurant. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the food is delicious. I particularly enjoy their pizza salad and spaghetti salad combos, and always order one or the other.

Had lunch with friends at this restaurant! I had an excellent pizza while my friends enjoyed peasant plates, all equally delicious. Our attentive waitress was calm and even joined in on our playful banter. A big thank you to the staff!

Ask for a large topped with extra peperoni. $5.65 for the extra, adding five pieces of peperoni on top of the pizza. Much thinner dough than before. This is theft. Cold family fries. Normandin finish.

Took 1h30 to get served for 5 people and when it arrived the food was dry.Normandin is usually very good just skip this restaurant in particular.

The waitress was very pleasant. The overall experience was great, except for the poutines which were a bit disappointing.
