A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! The lady who served my Dad and I was super polite and friendly. She never rushed us. I ordered an omelette, hash browns, and two hotcakes and my was it GOOD! I definitely recommend trying the hotcakes, I’m typically a waffle guy but these fellas tasted amazing and were so fluffy. Oh and apparently Norms has amazing salsa, I tried it this time around and loved it! Next time, I want to try their Boba drinks, they’re a fun new addition to the menu! One of my favorites. I can admit though the food has taken a step back. The pancakes just don't taste the same. Bacon is thin and sausage seems generic. The plates still come out hot. The eggs are fluffy. Coffee does the trick. Still keep going back.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited an hour for my food, and the customer service was very poor. I do not recommend this location. August 11, 2024.

It was a pleasant experience, but the restaurant was quite busy, and the service was just okay. I'm hopeful that my next visit will be an improvement.
Angel was an outstanding server. Despite being short-staffed, he managed to be attentive to our very demanding group.
The pancakes were delicious. Not many people cause it was late at night. Clean quiet and fast. Parking great.
