We came to this one instead of the one in Inglewood thinking Carson would be nicer. Nope. First, coffee mug CAME WITH LIPSTICK. Even the water cup was dirty. My dad finished his coffee before getting creamer he asked for two times. I asked for the salad to come with extra cheese which I thought was easy request and it came with no dressing lol. Also the soup and salad came AFTER the entrees. We sat for 4 minutes with our entrees with no utensils which makes no sense. I know you're don't come to Norms for fine dining but I feel like clean cups and utensils are a bare minimum. The waitress was not friendly and really didn't care about our concerns. I called to make a pick-up order. The young lady asked me to hold for a moment. That moment lasted over 20 minutes. I could hear her interactions with the in-store customers and determined that the location was busy. When I arrived at the Carson location I informed the young lady that I was still on hold and had been on hold for almost 22 minutes (21 minutes and 52 seconds) trying to make an order. She simply said, may I take your order. I thought it odd that there was no apology. An apology goes a long way.I am still waiting on my order that I paid for at 1:55 pm and it is now 2:32 and still not ready.Food came out at 2:35pm and was cold. Absolutely delicious and the service was excellent Kimberli was our server and she was extremely attentive and welcoming. I had been craving their buttermilk pancakes for a good while now and if I want great moist pancakes definitely Norms is the place to go. Mom and I enjoyed our dining experience here atmosphere is pleasant and their food is delicious and prices are reasonable for the portions their serve you! Staff here is super welcoming waiting was under 5 min and an ease to find parking! I gave it five stars because it was really good for a 1 or 2 star restaurant. I ordered outt of the ordinary and had liver and onions. And it was good! And shady surprised me most was I was stuffed. It came with soup, I had meatball soup and it was delicious. Three meal also included a baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, squash, salad and even dessert! All for 13 bucks. Reminded me of Norms of my youth when o it was soooooooo cheap, yet good. We had to fine outside, which was better than inside. Norms literally has a huge sign that says they never close on there wall. The hours are posted on the wall stating they don't close til 12pm Fridays and Saturdays . Took my family to eat at 11:14 to be exact and The man at the register didn't even come to the door and let us know anything he simply waved us off and gestured they were closed. When I then called to find out more information about their timing and ask about why he turned us away HE HUNG UP ON ME. Never again will I give my money to this place.

The second time ii try this place and the same issues ii ordered a cheeseburger ii got a double cheeseburger the flavor in meat is different not something ii like ii also asked for cold ketchup when ii asked for it ii got ketchup from the table behind me both things t bone steak was order and flavor was not there same issues last time norms on pch is a way better choice

Thank you Secret and Octavia for excellent customer service this morning. Thank you Norm's team for an awesome meal. The Porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection, the eggs were outstanding. In other words, my food was exactly the way I ordered it.Parking: Plenty of parking!

This Norms is a new location for us but closer to home than the Torrance Restaurant on Crenshaw in Torrance! Which ever Norms you choose to eat at there food is Always Great Portions are Ecellent for the price! I don't know how Donny's is still in business! Reserva una mesa ahora

My server William was great ? big smile , happy and excited about us being at this location. He went above and beyond. Thanks for having people like this guy in your location. Makes wanted come back everything. Way of go William.Food: 5/5
