Norms In Hunt - Reserva de mesa

It is unfortunate that a restaurant like NORMS does not have trained people to serve customers and that they are not careful with the food they offer. One of our dishes had a hair, when I told the lady who served us, she offered us a 20% discount, I clarify that we did not ask for it, they offered it to us, when we arrived at the cashier to pay for the food, the cashier did not respect the discount that they offered us and another employee, upon seeing the problem, just frowned and made faces at us as if she were paying for our food. My recommendation to you as a customer is not to consume in this restaurant, the vomit is bad and the people who serve are mediocre.

A busy place for economically minded hungry people. This isn 't my usual Norms, but I was nearby and needed breakfast. Everything was passable . The staff was friendly but distracted. The food was correct but without attention to detail. For instance, I don 't know how made-to-order eggs (over medium) can be tepid/cool. Maybe they were put on a cold plate? Again, not worth complaint, just not optimum. And I had finished most of my Bigger Breakfast and coffee (not hurriedly) and the plate cleared before the hotcakes arrived. Maybe that 's intentional? Felt like a second-breakfast!

This time, my visit was horribly, and I went there to start my day and finished worsted. First, it takes over than 15 minutes to provide me with a cup of coffee. That happened because I did ask the waitress. For my order, the other 15 minutes, and to get my order, I can't wait, so I'm really disappointed. I spent 35 dollars, and I changed my order for to go, My food was cold! How disaster,

Waiters were nice and sweet food came in fast but a little upset because my fries where cold Luke warm my vegetables were soggy 1-10 the food was a 5 nothing special but for my first experience I'm a bit disappointed

Food was good except the New York steak was a little bit too chewy. The new "Fizzy "drinks are not really fizzy and they say they put Boba in them but it 's really tapioca pearls.

Service was slow, food tasted kinda funny, very busy. Ordered a chicken fried steak and got fried chicken with chicken gravy.
