I love this place. It feels just right, the owners work the kitchen and the front of house, the beer and wine list matches the food very well and the product that comes out of the kitchen is great! Always good quality and well balanced plates of food , delivered by friendly and enthusiastic staff. Donald Trump has never eaten here to my knowledge so what could be better. Get yourselves to the Git!!!!
Northern Git is a place that ticks all the boxes, great food, exceptional service, ambience, great selection of drinks, quality, quantity, variety and everything is absolutely spot on. My family, friends and I have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and just because and I cannot recommend it enough. Bravo on your stellar service and amazing dishes and looking forward to the beer garden.

Amazing staff, delicious meats (especially the pig head and the best desserts we’ve had in a long time (special mention the creme brûlée and doughnuts will definitely recommend to others and will be back!
Great quality food and wine, had the meat plate, iceberg salad and sampled my friends gnocchi, burger and croquettes. All amazing!! Service was a bit slow but it didn’t spoil my enjoyment levels.
A beautiful welcome, a fantastic menu passionately explained, with excellent food. Service was the best and we will definately be back to try all the other great dishes on the menu.
