On the way home from Brisbane airport hubby and I often call in to this Thai restaurant for a quiet dinner to reconnect after me being away visiting family in Perth. My flights arrival time fell in nicely before closing time on a stormy Brisbane...night. We ordered curry puffs to share, these were delicious, the pastry so light that I am surprised they didn’t float away! Our mains were slow cooked beef massaman, and soft shell crab in a Thai curry flavoured sauce. Used to love this place. Convenient and very cute. We dined in on our way to a play one night and was quite possibly the worst Thai meal we'd ever had. We had fish which I can guarantee you was not fresh, we couldn't even eat it. Given we used to like it, we tried take away, and again, was absolutely awful. We ran into someone who said they had just dined there and it was great. Once more we tried it again, awful. Not only was it awful but we had to drive back to the restaurant twice because they forgot things or gave us the wrong meal..... really not happy. You cannot make a meal so bad each three times. My wife and I are regulars at this restaurant and usually the food is nice but tonight my meal had a red chilli hidden in the pork belly dish (which shouldn’t have chilli in it) and my wife found half a clove of garlic with...the skin still on it amongst her meal. When we mentioned it to the waitress she said they were decorations.......please! Will now start going to the other Thai restaurant up the road.
After waiting mins to get served and actually having to go to the one girl at the front counter and ask to take our order, got my own wine glasses for byo and had to ask for ice timesFood not great better option nearby, give it a miss

Tend to forget that this place has been around for a very long time. It is in a side street so people often miss it. Food was good but service was slow. People tend to eat and go rather than lingering.
yummy thai. had only a very good tee. nothing too adventurous. prawns with snowy masaman bark. both really well made beautiful atmosphere friendly staff.
eating is amazing and great service. we love this place, we have been here for years date nights here.
