Located inside the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel, which has just completed a $30 million renovation. I love the new renovations which were modern and cozy at the same time. It felt like a brand new restaurant. Before dining, you can have a drink at the bar or outside around the fire pits. Their drinks menu has a great choice of Bay Area and California microbrews. The food menu also reflected a yummy choice of local produce and seafood. I went with a group of North Beach neighborhood food lovers and we all enjoyed the food immensely. All round, I would rate this way above average for a hotel restaurant and certainly somewhere I would return to. Oh, the staff were super-friendly too.
I have visited this bar multiple times as a local, and unfortunately, my experience on my last visit in September was quite negative. The bartender, Orlando, was disrespectful and made inappropriate comments. I reached out to his manager, Andy Correa, as well as the upper management including Bruce Carlton and Robert Lyman, but received no response to my emails. It seems that no action was taken against Orlando, as I never received any follow-up communication. Due to this lack of response and the unacceptable behavior of the staff, I will not be returning to this restaurant/bar.
Service was friendly but a little slow. I came for a quick bite around 9:30pm after checking into my hotel. Ordered the grilled shrimp flatbread and it tasted a little burnt and overly salty. Usually bacon makes everything good but it just made things too salty in this case. Didn't find it particularly good or bad, just an average place.
The food here is mediocre, the staff is friendly but does not pay attention to orders and is quite slow. The atmosphere is ok... would recommend if you only wanted a drink but not for eating. Their breakfast is terrible and quite over priced. Their meat for the board was bad and had to be sent back cause is smelt so bad.

This place is cute and the people are very nice. Drinks are perfect and the bar girl jasmine super cool. She was very informative. However I gave it 4 stars! when I bit into my second taco. I felt like I bit into a rock and had to spit it out. Lost my appetite.
Oh my goodness!!! I ordered the half rib, half steak plate with Brussels sprouts and kimchi fried rice... it was INCREDIBLE. I had it delivered and it was still warm and delicious. It's been days since I had it and I'm already craving it again!
The bar is supposed to be open from 4-11:30pm, but it's currently 4:50pm and there is still no bartender.
Elsa and yen are amazing! Great time
