I have been wanting to try this establishment for quite some time, and all I can say about that is the wait was worth it. When I walked in it felt a little bare, but hey they've only been at that location for a little while, so I get it. My initialresponse was hard to forget. Good music going and the aroma was awsome. I was greeted as soon as I was noticed (very quickly),and when I said it's my first time here the lady at the register was very helpful and kind. I was offered several free samples,and was not let down. I left the place feeling like I was appreciated and like I got a fantastic value. I only have two veryminor things that I'm sure are being worked on that are not just great. 1....
The more I go there, the better it becomes. I'm really happy to have this place in Commerce! I enjoy everything on the menu. I usually opt for the brisket, beans, and fried okra, but honestly, everything is amazing. The staff is also very friendly.
Absolutely the best barbecue around and the sides are great too! Tender well seasoned brisket, cowboy beans and potato salad is excellent! We have also used them for catering a Christmas dinner and everyone loved it.
We enjoyed our meal from Not Just Barbecue. The brisket was fork-tender and there was a lot of meat on the rib on the three meat plate. The meat all had a really good flavor. We will definitely be going back!!

I received an incredible BBQ sandwich that I highly recommend you try for yourself. The staff are friendly, and personally, I would definitely recommend NJ B. I plan to visit again soon and dine in!
Absolutely the best barbecue around! David catered our wedding and everyone was asking where we got our food from. Would highly recommend for catering or a great meal anytime!
I love their food. The owner was very kind and friendly. That's my first experience of Texas brisket in the USA. So delicious. I can't wait to eat their brisket again
