The standing ovations for the person who created the concept and the menu of this place!! I have worked in hospitality for over 10 years and can say that this place does exactly what it was designed to do. It has an identity and doesn't try to be that it is not! Food is fresh and has its own touch or spin which makes it unique to this place. Really really would like to come back!

We enjoyed a very good dinner in Bar Nou, the setting is a bar with tables. Food quality was very high. They had 3 special not on the menu from which we tried 2 out of it, delicious. Deserts (home made cheese Cake and Brownies) where perfect and outstanding. Wine glass are a bit on the small side... You can't take 1/2 bottle so it's or per glass or per bottle.

We went there in desperation as everything was closed on the national Catalan day. We liked the setting al fresco on the opposite side of the road. The ordered tapas were OK. Were disappointed by the fries which were badly cooked and greasy. Additionally they were coated with two layers of ketchup and mayo: to make you run away

Popped in for a quick drink to get out of the rain. After watching the bartender artfully make several special coffees, we were convinced that we needed to order our own. No regrets, this was by far the best cremadillo we’ve had!

Bar Nou awaits wit excellent tapas, a nice setting and good local cuisine with superfood product, fresh salads, and home made desserts; good ambiance and fair service.
