Nova Deli - Reservar una mesa

I went to Nova Deli today just as they opened and was their first customer. I have loved this place for years and years but after today will not return. The lettuce used wasn't fresh at all and I had to pick it all off. $11 for a medium donair +tip.. would be nice if they used fresh ingredients. I went back and showed the girl and said if were paying this much we would expect fresh ingredients especially since they had just opened for the day. Clearly she can see what she's putting on the donair and just doesn't care. She just stared at me. I told her other customers to check theirs as she was just bagging theirs up. Will never go back. If these are the same as a Halifax donair, I could live with out ever eating one again. Very skimpy on toppings, not filling at all. Sauce I don’t believe was home made, and could probably be bought at any grocery store. Meat had ok taste. Restaurant could use a good cleaning, and updating.

Never a bad Donair. I have made multiple trips, driving over 2 hours for these creations. It is the best donair from Trenton to Halifax. They have bulk packages that are just as good as if they made it for you. Reasonably price, however, they do not open until 11:00 am.

The donairs are excellent and authentic. Tastes just like you’d find in the Maritimes. Unfortunately some of the staff are not overly friendly which is quite a contradiction to Maritime hospitality.
