The cashier was rude. I went to buy a birthday cake for my husband. When I went to checkout. I heard the cashier asked me how I'd like to pay, I said credit, and she asked again, I said credit. She asked me the 3rd time loudly with a very impatient face and rude attitude. Ok, she asked if I needed a bag. I told her that I didn't need a bag with a smiling face. I couldn't 100% got her questions because there was a plastic shield for covid between her and I. I have Eastern Asian looking, so maybe she thought I had no idea about how to speak English. She gave me very impatient face and rude attitude. I thanked her and said have a good day, then what I received was an impatient and annoyed face.

This place has fantastic bakery and pastry items. Everything is fresh and homemade. The peach pie was delicious—just the right amount of sweetness with a flaky crust. It would taste even better warmed up in the oven. Their deli section is also excellent, offering tasty sandwiches that are perfect for grab-and-go. The donuts and sweet pastries are delightful too. The staff behind the counters and at the cash registers are very friendly and efficient. The only drawback is the chaotic parking lot since there are several other great businesses in the plaza.

I have been visiting Nova bakery for 6 years now. It's not local to me but everytime I'm within the vicinity I stopped to grab some pastries or a sandwich.Their Portuguese tarts are top-notch. The chocolate croissants, pizza buns and club sandwich are always on my list.A beautiful selection a box and canned goods imported from many different countries offer a beautiful selection!I know many of the staff and everyone of them are warm and welcoming.Thank you Nova for always being phenomenal!

I ordered on Uber eats and the food was really good but I was eating the donut and found a piece of plastic inside ? I really hope the bakers can be more careful… I was hoping to reach out to the business first to talk about this before leaving a review but they don’t have an email listed and the contact page on the website wouldn’t work on my phone. The more I talk about it, the less I can truly convey how amazing it is. If I could earn a rum ball for every positive review I could write, I would definitely think about making that my full-time job! Their variety of breads, desserts, and the black forest ham sandwich are absolutely outstanding. You'll thank me later!

I dine here with my family every weekend. If the delicious food, exceptional service from the lovely staff, and the cozy atmosphere weren't already fantastic, they also serve the best coffee in the Greater Toronto Area!

My favorite bakery. Everything is delicious. Tiny dessert for coffee time. Everything that I have tried is great. My son loves it. The best prices, dessert and bread in Mississauga. Oh, don't forget the fish thing.

I absolutely love this place. Tosta Mistas (turkey option too) and lattes are amazing. Kind and friendly staff with a good vibe about the place. a hidden gem i kinda hope it stays that way ?

Great desserts, fresh bread, and the service is always good. Keep in kind they are always busy so be patient. You won't be disappointed.
