Nova Sushi And Asian Fusion

Fantastic restaurant! Nova was recommended by a coworker and we had a wonderful dinner tonight. We had the scallion pancakes, age tofu, sweet potato roll, Monster roll, Alaska roll and Dragon roll all that for $74 (without the tip included). Everything was delicious. The scallion pancakes were particularly tasty and had a sesame ginger sauce. The sweet potato roll was crispy and quite large for a vegetarian roll. The three meat eater rolls (Monster, Alaska and Dragon) were filling, fresh ingredients and made very well according to my boyfriend. Fantastic sushi! The spicy tuna roll and the white spicy tuna are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick and a subtle touch of sesame oil, making it my top choice in the area. The customer service is outstanding; the staff is attentive and they make an effort to remember your name. You won’t be disappointed with this place! Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch.

I've been hearing a lot about a few local sushi spots, so I decided to check them out. Nova was a great choice. It was a Friday night, and the sushi was delicious and felt very fresh. The atmosphere was a bit louder than I prefer, but I get that everyone was celebrating the end of the work week. Overall, it was an understandable vibe. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner.

A gem in the back area of a strip mall! Wasn’t exactly sure what to expect from a sushi place in Edgewater, MD, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Had my first cold cloudy sake refreshing and tasty! The tempura and spicy tuna shashimu were first rate and fresh! Not the most lavish setting, but good enough as the menu is what you go there for! Absolutely amazing sushi at a lovely restaurant! Although I don't eat sushi very often, I really enjoy it. I had a tough time deciding what to order, but I eventually took a chance and went for the Green Bay Roll. I can't recommend it highly enough! The staff were very friendly as well. Sorry, the food was awful; Ocean Oasis, one of their signature entrees tasted like a lot of msg and salt in water. Breading for calamari was hard. Dip was no good. Ended up throwing away both. I had way better Dragon roll somewhere else. Too pricey, felt like I just wasted my money. Will not recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

We eat here whenever we can. The sushi and dinners are excellent. The food is definitely an upgrade. We like the Green Bay roll, Lobster Tempura roll, Hawaiian Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Tempura, Vegetable Plate, and Teriyaki Chicken. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
