Un hotel económico bastante decente lejos del bullicio y bullicio de la ciudad que es Barcelona. Hay estaciones de metro dentro de 10 20mins a pie que hace este hotel atractivo para aquellos que quieren algo de paz y tranquilidad. El hotel cuenta con un buen restaurante que sirve las hamburguesas y pizzas habituales. Hay una piscina junto al restaurante que lo hace ideal para que los niños jueguen mientras los padres toman un bocado mientras todavía pueden mantener un ojo en los niños. Las habitaciones eran cómodas pero un poco congestionadas si usted tiene una familia. La decoración es muy ecléctica y es uno de los pocos hoteles sin una recepción (formal) o una recepción frontal todo es muy informal y manejado utilizando la última tecnología que lo hizo fácil y eficiente. Hay un aparcamiento subterráneo (pagado) para aquellos que conducen a Barcelona.
Child friendly. What looked like was that the morning team didn’t love their jobs. Especially the F&B crew. Further staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were okay. I only think it is time to fix the showers or bathrooms as they had some mold and looked dated at some spots and even after noticing it to the “front desk/management staff” we saw that not everything was and could be handled. But they tried. My kids had an amazing stay, we love Rituals so that was an plus . Everyday we came back in an tidied bed. Staff looked casual, I only did miss an old school front desk. It can be overwhelming having 20 people at the table and you trying to work and help everybody and everyone can see or hear your “personal” business. If we take an hotel next time we probably will come back again.
Is this really a 4 starts hotel? We stayed there for two nights and it was the worst two nights of our stay in Spain. Room is very old and dirty as if it hasn’t been cleaned for years. AC is super old as you can see on photo, it doesn’t cool the space as if it’s only a fan. We asked the reception to fix the AC and they told us this how their AC works when the hotel is full of people! I still wonder how did that hotel got 4 rating here? No Air conditioning in rooms, waited 3 hours for rooms to be ready. Staff were great but unfortunately this hotel was understaffed. The same reception team also had to man the pool which was unacceptable. Pool is 1.7metres deep so not even an adult could touch the ground. Toddlers need to swim with a noddle due to deepness of the pool which is crazy. Staff running around like headless chickens.
