bonsoir, changez de serveur ; 1h30 d attente avant d être servi, ???? on nous sert le plat avant l entrée ???? puis on nous amène le plat du jour qu on a demandé avec des frites avec des haricots verts et il faut batailler pour avoir les frites et pour couronner le tout on commande le dessert du jour, mousse au chocolat, on nous dit qu'il n y en a plus que ce sera tarte au chocolat et on nous amène des clafoutis à la place, qu on refuse donc pas de dessert 1!!!! par contre l addition est arrivée en 5 minutes et pas de réduc pour ce raté total. j ai û oublier la clim tellement fort qu On a froid et on remet les gilets et malgré notre demande on ne peut la baisser alors que nous sommes seuls d...
There are many places to eat nearby, but as it was cold and wet, it decided to stay inside. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Food was good, like wine. There was the menu of the day that seemed good even if I went on the map. Overall, it's a good place to eat, without worry, if you're at the hotel. Pleasant eating area, nicely spaced tables. Very friendly serving staff. It was a shame then, when my filet steak arrived, which was NOT filet. It didn't look like filet, cut nor taste like filet steak. Plus it was delivered with a sharp steak knife, which you don't need for a proper filet staeak. They then insisted it was sold to them as filet... Not faux filet, which is a cut of meat in France. Beware !! Don't get ripped off.
Excellent hôtel , la chambre vaste et silencieuse est très confortable . Le personnel du front desk est aimable et chaleureux, le personnel du petit déjeuner souriant et professionnel grace a une présence discrète et bienveillante à qui rien cependant n’échappe, devance vos demandes et s’assure que vous êtes pleinement satisfait . je recommande vivement cet hôtel, situé légèrement en dehors de Reims et doté d’un parking.

The extensive breakfast buffet is delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff is super friendly and helpful, attentive, go out of their way to ensure that you feel comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble. It's the perfect start to the day, let me feel fresh and ready for the day ahead, nicely presented with a great range of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate! Last year, the restaurant was lovely, Unfortunately this year, not so. They served my son a burger that wasn't cooked at all. They appear to be exceptionally heavy handed with any dressing, rendering both my caesar salad and starter inedible they were swimming in dressing. The chips however were edible, hurrah. The staff were rushed, and off hand.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Breakfast the next morning in this cafe was packed. Very busy. Still fairly clean/tidy considering. Not much requirement for interaction with the staff, as everything was self service and worked well. A basic choice of food/drink, but no complaints.
