Novotel London Stansted Airport

I arrived and found the check-in process a bit slow, but it was manageable. The room was as described and overall fine, though it could use some tender loving care as there were noticeable scuffs from previous guests. The restaurant and bar were nice, and breakfast was satisfactory. I would have appreciated having strawberry jam for the croissants, but there wasn't any. There seemed to be limited staff on duty, and the one person there was quite busy, so I didn’t bother to ask him, as it wasn’t a major issue for me. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4 out of 5.

This is a decent hotel to consider if you need to stay near Stansted Airport. They offer a shuttle service that runs from 3:45 am to 12:45 am to and from the airport. The rooms are satisfactory—nothing extravagant, but they serve their purpose. The breakfast buffet is good, available from 4:00 am to 10:00 am, with hot options starting at 5:00 am. There's also free internet access. Prices are reasonable for the Stansted area, which can still be a bit pricey, but this seems to be the norm now. I would give it a well-deserved rating of 4 stars. Room quality: 4.

Brilliant stay ahead of an early morning flight at Stansted. Hotel restaurant was fairly good though a bit pricey. We were in a family room and it was comfortable. The airport shuttle ran at a regular frequency and was very quick to the terminal. We would definitely do this again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I organized our annual dinner dance at the hotel and stayed overnight. The staff was extremely efficient and helpful during my stay, and the food was excellent. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet.
