Booked this being a member of the Accor loyalty programme and wasn't disappointed with the location of the hotel, plus with the added bonus of onsite parking what more could you want? Stunning coastal views with an ever changing beach tides and beautiful sunsets. However, I was a little disappointed with the level of service on check-in. I asked if I could upgrade and was flatly told no even though when I went back and showed the reception staff that rooms were available via their app... It became a chore and they went to check with a manager. Eventually I was offered an upgrade but I decided not to bother and spend the money enjoying dinner with my family. We stayed for three nights during summer. The location is unbelievable, right on the beach. The architecture is awful and it is a scandal this could be built on this location, but we enjoyed the view, the location and the professional service. This is an old building, but we do not agree this badly maintained. It could need a renovation, but this is no reason not to stay at this hotel which has much to offer. We enjoyed the beach and bar service on the beach (had twice an excellent lmight lunch). Prices are relatively high. We were disappointed by the dinner we had and recommend to try the many good restaurants in le Touquet, or if you are by car, au vieux port in Etaples. We could not have...
Hôtel particulièrement bien situé où nous avions réservé trois chambres avec vue sur mer pour un séjour des plus agréables de quatre jours en famille. Check in et Check out bienveillants. Prix élevé, mais emplacement et vue magnifiques. Les membres du personnel, respectueux, vous disent bonjour quand on vous croise dans les couloirs ! La piscine, surveillée, a été très appréciée. Humour et accueil sympathique au Deck et au Bar à bulles. Le restaurant « Maison Mer » propose une cuisine simple mais généreuse, service efficace et attentionné.
The food was terrible. Risotto was raw rice soup, veal over cooked (was supposed to be medium) and the vegetables over done with no taste, spaghetti bolognese was a mess. The main chef declined to come to talk to us and instead said we have to come to him. Then he pretended not knowing English but quickly changed tone when realizing that our son speaks fluent French. And still he denied that there was anything wrong with our food.

very disappointed with our third experience at home sea. the quality of the service more than average, the kitchen not better than the canteen, fish soup in box and industrial crusts, césar salad more than average with the same crusts and what to say of the is completely missed pavlova...
we went to try this restaurant on Saturday 30 April noon with the family we were 8 and we were not disappointed! beautiful setting, very good service, very nice team and excellent meals. I have to do as much as I can!
We reserve at 9 We get the menu at 9.30 and the desert at 10.30 with the restaurant almost empty! Not very expensive, food eatable but the service is very poor!
Un régal ! Très bel endroit, très bon service. Bravo à tous nous avons passé un très bon moment Petit plus pour la carbonnade et la crème brûlée
