great place. I always try to stop when I'm in town. the chopped bark was an interesting sound. I tried it in crackers and it's delicious. it is not for everyone, but if they are ready to try it, they will not be disappointed. the white spirit had a tonne taste and was hit, but not so much can they not eat. all plastered objects are solid choices. the wbo breakfast sausage is a must buy!

We happened upon this fantastic place by accident while camping in the area. Loved everything about it! Ready to eat 6 varieties of unique sausage/brat flavors and great fixings! Then talk to the counter person and learn about the more than 2 dozen varieties to take home and make for friends and family

Wonderful family and there is no better sausage around!!! We miss Dan and amber though… I think I have tried just about every flavor y’all have thanks to them????, we will be putting an order in soon?

The brats are always delicious and so is the chili and beans. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend going here for lunch.

the best place to get unique and incredibly tasty gloom and jäger sausage. really great selection and taste. I also try to support family owners if I can.
