I just wanted to write a quick shoutout to the staff working today, 6 3. I went in around 12PM ET during a lunch rush and the staff were totally slammed. Orders were backed up and guests were cramming in. The young person with curly hair and cute eye makeup tattoos was unbelievably professional and courteous during this time and did an amazing job supporting greeting helping patrons while maintaining morale for their fellow staff. Additionally the individual making smoothies also wanted to highlight for keeping a positive face on during an incredibly stressful lunch rush. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, which was the highlight of our visit. The food arrived quickly, and there was plenty of seating available. I was surprised to learn that they only have a few locations and they're all in Massachusetts; it has a corporate feel that made me think they were more widespread. I believe the menu could benefit from some adjustments to enhance quality, as well as a little more of a local small business atmosphere since they are one. I plan to return to try other items on the menu.
Tried ordering a delivery order through the NU Kitchen website. They use Toast. I placed the order and spoke to someone because it had been 20m past the delivery arrival time. i learned that toast tab is actually doordash except it gives you no details on the doordash driver. i tried calling the restaurant back and now they don’t pick up the phone. it keeps ringing and i’ve called like 10 times in 30 minutes. i really like by kitchens food but STONG avoid ordering delivery through them.
I absolutely love this place! NU Kitchen offers an amazing variety of vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free options. It has quickly become my favorite spot for clean eating and smoothie runs here in Massachusetts. I can't wait to come back more often and explore the entire menu that caters to my dietary needs!

Found NU Kitchen while staying at the Holiday Inn down the road for the Boston marathon. This bowl was fresh, tasty, and the best breakfast for the morning after running the marathon.. and the cold brew was excellent. The service was friendly and accommodating to my dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this place!
Super healthy and delicious spot with lots of veggie and vegan options ? plus some of the packaging is compostable. I really enjoy the juice and smoothies in particular. And the location itself is a nice place to eat and hang out.
Their Chai Lattes and breakfast burritos are delicious! I love coming here in the morning, grabbing a latte with my wife, and walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Friendly staff, delicious food. Highly recommended.
Best restaurant in Somerville!! I ordered the Bahn Mi Bowl several times and it became my favorite bowl!! I also ordered the vegan pesto sandwich and found it very tasty!

The vibe is great ! The customer service is 11/10 but the taste is very average…. Great place to hangout and maybe have a smoothie !
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is not only delicious but also healthy. It's my favorite spot for brunch in Somerville.
