Desde que te recibe David y te muestra la bodega y la cocina, hasta que te despides, es como entrar en el mundo Nublo; hay que vivirlo. La comida es fabulosa y la atención es fantástica. Los sabores de algunos platos me transportaron a mi infancia (como las fresas con nata) y para mí, la lubina fue maravillosa. Es una parada obligatoria en Haro. Si estás pensando en ir, hay que disfrutar y dejarse llevar en ese viaje de sensaciones. Amigabilidad para niños: Fuimos con una niña de 8 años y le prepararon un menú infantil de pasta con tomate, carne y postre. Además, tengo que decir que estaba delicioso.

The menu is truly a delight, with every detail carefully worked out. Each dish improves the previous one, with spectacular use of embers. The combination of smoky flavors and careful techniques makes each bite special. The service also deserves a mention. The staff is incredibly attentive. They are always ready to recommend the perfect pairing and explain the story behind each dish, which adds a personal touch to the experience.
We ate on the top floor with very cold and humidity, they don't tell you the menu first or explain anything to you, a surprise menu that we neither liked nor would we have ever chosen, for example it was 3 or 4 desserts, we don't understand anything, but the dinner shivering from the cold less, today I think you should have left, because I told you this on several occasions, I had dinner with my coat on as well as the tables next to me, they are modern, they charge a fortune if you go out happy then very good, in our case I would give it to the poor
The place looked beautiful but we were swept through to be seated in an empty room away from all the ambience. They proudly cook over fire in various ways, but only one dish gave much hint of this.
