you might be surprised to eat even Italian food in Germany, but the nudelhüsli will certainly help to change their mind. the heavy leather front menus give them an early note that this restaurant was them for a past. ..and...with ground. start with the bruschetta and then look for a tailor-made pasta dish where they choose the type of pasta and then of a countless sauces. the portions are very generous, so they cannot be pampered with appetizers. the service is very friendly and fast, although you need to order on the German as the service is limited in English, but you can manage it. they will not go wrong in choosing nudelhüsli and they will certainly not leave starving.

We enjoyed a nice Italian meal here with friends. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely environment. The waitress was excellent with perfect English. We waited a while for the food, but it was a festival time and they were nice enough to fit us...in when they were pretty booked up. We had the appetizer plate for two, which was a nice assortment of items, including bruschetta, prociutto, olives, roasted red peppers. The pizza had a great flavor, but the crust was a little dry for my liking. Recommended place.

We went there with five persons and enjoyed the evening with tasty food. Please book your table in time, especially on weekends. The caneloni with ham were on the point al dente. The tuna salad was prepared with a delicious dressing, which you can choose....The picata milanese was in the best of taste. The strozzapreti with truffle salami and mushroom sauce were excellent. The decoration of this small fancy restaurant is charming and the waiters are attentively.

We are new in Kandern and learning our way around. We need to find a place to take a visiting colleague for a meal to discuss pending work matters and found the environment exceptional for quiet conversation. The food was excellent. This is a nice Italian place, the food was very good, the service was very good, the atmosphere is nice. We went with friends for a total of five of us an everyone was pleased with their meal. Nice to find a good Italian place...in a small german town.

Nice little Italian Restaurant which offers good quality at good prices. Staff is generally pretty friendly but don't expect the Ueberservice. They also do good takeaway pizza.

I would fly all the way from kansas to Germany again just for this pizza. I had a lot of pizza in my day, and this was the best.
