Big Pho and Ramen! My kids really loved the 'Kids Chicken Ramen,' and I enjoyed both the classic ramen and the Hebrew Hammer. Today, I tried the Pho Shizzle, which includes beef, shrimp, and chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm cutting back on carbs, and they offer 0-carb noodles! The noodles were decent, but next time, I might skip them and opt for extra meat and veggies instead. Qui consistently provides excellent customer service. I've been frequenting the other restaurant in the Tran family, Mai Lee, for many years. My only suggestion would be to add their crispy egg rolls to the menu; they are one of my favorite bites in all of St. Louis!
This is undoubtedly the best ramen I've ever had in my life. The broth, which I ordered spicy, is reminiscent of rich, melted butter, making it incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The staff is exceptional—courteous, friendly, and they genuinely enhanced our dining experience. My only minor complaint is that the portions are HUGE! My wife and I had to share a bowl. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
If you don't eat here you're missing out. I just moved back to the 31Pho from Chi-town where there is great Ramen shops. I would stack NUDO up to any of them any day, any time! PhoKingQui has done his research and with the help of a great, SUPER TALENTED, and funtime staff NUDO is set to skyrocket to the top as not only the best noodle house in STL, but one of the best places to eat period!
An adventure in every bowl! Nick had a smoked Gouda ramen and I had the mushroom again. A vegetarian couple sitting near us showed us some off menu options we could try next time. We also loved the desserts a Thai iced tea soft serve and a Filipino cocoa soft serve each garnished with a yummy rolled up crispy coconut cookie which was as good as the soft serve itself!

The food was so good, and the customer service was phenomenal. My son who has autism was extremely crabby today and I ordered food to go and the guy that worked there really cheered him up and made it so that we could wait for our food which didn't take long at all and then get out the door tantrum free. Thank you.
Fantastic food and excellent staff! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I've always wanted to try ramen, and I’m so glad I chose this place—it exceeded my expectations. The dessert was delicious too! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Pho and O Miso Spicy were delicious! Fortune Cookie and Matcha soft serve were the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Great, quick service with a smile. Will definitely go back!
Awesome service and food. We all tried a different noodle dishes, everything was hot and well made. Great place for dinner/lunch with friends. Have to come back for the mango and ube ice cream.

Incredible Pho and Ramen. Some of the best spring rolls I've ever had. So excited to have a place like this nearby!
So good quality and nice staff. Every court we had is the best of its kind. The ice cream btw is magic!
