We just came from dinner at Nunzio's and normally I wouldn't bother writing reviews but OMG this was one of the best dinners we have had in awhile. Super impressed, everything was so delicious. Atmosphere was adorable. I very much appreciated the little Banksy piece in the back of the restaurant. Our server, Amar, was an absolute sweetheart. My 4yo daughter even felt the need to hug him multiple times and so did I, but I resisted in fear of not being welcome back. Also, the bill was low for what we got. I hadn’t been there since I moved away and was visiting. I had told me fiancé what a great place it is, upon entering something was very different. I looked for anyone that worked that would acknowledge two customers. Three people were behind where pizza is supposed to be prepared, talking to one another having fun. At approach we seemed to interrupt to ask for a table, “oh there’s a private party”. So sad to see a loved place change to something completely uninviting.
Wow I visited this spot last week wow. I ordered 3 personal pies which I love that they offer 6in personal pies. Absolutely amazing. I ordered the Prosciutto balsamic arugula, meat lovers 6in and vodka 6in! My fav was the vodka slice omg !!! 10/10!! The service was great, very attentive kind! And I love the atmosphere. My friend and I went for pasta and it was the most unflavorful meal I’ve ever had. I got risotto and it was even risotto it was just rice in a cream sauce and my friend got bolognese and it was basically just pasta with beef in a watery sauce. I guess there are some new owners. The quality has diminished greatly. The pizza I got today was so unbelievably greasy I couldn't eat it. It was so undercooked the dough was nearly raw. Just gross.
