Recently I was craving real vegetables but my work hours are exceeding 65+ hours a week and I have no time to cook atm. To take the stress off I really need prepared meals. I have tried musclemeals, soulara, foober, lite and easy and probably more but I couldn 't stomach these really processed, salty, 'squishy ' foods anymore.The quality of Nutrition Station North Strathfield meals is exactly like if you cooked or prepped for yourself. Just plain veggies, brown rice and proper real meat and not the processed chicken or overpowering sauces. Couldn 't be happier and highly recommend to people as alternative to the above brands if you want REAL food.Thank you NSNS :
I recently began ordering my favorite dishes from this restaurant since it reopened under new management, and I must say, I’m really impressed. The food tastes fantastic! I will definitely be coming back.
We ordered the juice without ice, and it was delicious. However, we also got the chicken tenderloin, and unfortunately, it was too dry and tasted pre-cooked, which made it inedible for us.
Food was average, coffee was good , falafel roll was little dry and the pancakes were raw in the middle. They refunded the money for the pancakes but overall an average experience.

I ordered a chicken wrap with vegetables, but I received a veggie wrap with just a bit of chicken in it. You might want to be a bit more generous with the protein, guys!

super friendly, nice eating and they love dogs. they have supplied our young gizmo with water. I like this place.
